Derek Buescher specializes in the sales of multi-family investment properties. He began his commercial real estate career in 2009. Prior to joining Mutual Property Advisors, Derek worked at ORION Investment Real Estate where he specialized in investment sales. 

Derek also has experience as an multi-family investor and owner/operator of a national retail franchise. With experience as both an investor, retailer and a landlord representative, Derek provides his clients with a unique perspective and negotiating insight. With his diverse background, Derek has enjoyed remarkable success in representing property owners. To date, Derek has sold millions of dollars in investment sales. Derek brings enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to the art of negotiation, with the goal of providing his clients the highest quality representation possible. Derek’s “can do” approach, coupled with his experience, provides his clients with the confidence that they are well-advised on all aspects of their investment goals.

Born in Seattle, Washington, and an Arizona resident since 1985, Derek graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Real Estate from Arizona State University. Derek has excelled quickly in his chosen profession and taken the initiative to learn all he can on an ongoing basis. Derek was awarded one of a few CCIM scholarships for 2016. Taking initiative in learning all he can do to increase his skill set, Derek ensures his clients receive the highest quality representation available in the industry.
