Jessica is the Founder and Designated Broker of Mutual Property Advisors. A Kansas City native, and licensed in Arizona real estate since 2004, Jessica has nearly 25 years of experience that range from starting out in General Contracting & Development with an emphasis in Retail, Industrial, Medical and Office plazas. 

Jessica has been the Senior Vice President of J. Walters Construction and the Director of Development & Asset Management at Mutual Development Company for 20+ years.  This extensive background has allowed Jessica to see things from a prospective above your typical Real Estate Broker and give guidance into the City Planning, and permitting needs.  She also has a strong and long standing relationship with multiple Lenders to assist in financing, whether it be on personal, commercial, SBA loans or investment basis'.  Her involvement and understanding of negotiating and navigating CMBS loans during the ups and downs of the economy, has made her a leader in the Commercial Lending outlets as well as a guide in Asset Management for many.  

Currently, Jessica, as Designated Broker of Mutual Property Advisors, directs and oversees all of the daily activities of the MPA office Team and Agents. 

Mrs. Vercellino is the direct point of contact for all Property Management and Brokerage inquires and her experience on that front include Due Diligence, Contract Review, Vendor Relations, Tenant Retention and Relations, Tenant Conflict Resolution, Account management, Property Management Accounting  & Financial Reporting, Lockbox Accounting, Association management & billings & more.

On a personal basis, Jessica is married (to Michael Vercellino – also a member of the MPA team) and together they have teenage boy/girl twins who are involved in tackle football & competitive gymnastics. Both currently attend Liberty High school in Peoria which is top ranked for Sports. They also have 5 dogs (4 of which Michael has protested, hah). 

When the family is not hard at work, Jessica is an outdoor enthusiast, and enjoys time with quality people, camping, offroading, boating at Lake Pleasant, summers & winters in the mountains of Telluride, fishing in Cabo (yes she can deep sea fish!), and spending time with friends and family.
