Jessica Vercellino is the Founder and Designated Broker of Mutual Property Advisors.
 

A Kansas City native and Arizona-licensed real estate professional since 2004, Jessica brings nearly 25 years of comprehensive industry experience. 

Her career began in General Contracting and Development, with a focus on retail, industrial, medical, and office projects, giving her a strong foundation in the full lifecycle of commercial property development.

For more than two decades, Jessica served as Senior Vice President of J. Walters Construction and Director of Development & Asset Management at Mutual Development Company, both heavily involved in commercial outlets. This extensive background provides her with a perspective that extends far beyond that of a traditional Real Estate Broker. Her expertise includes city planning processes, permitting requirements, and strategic development oversight. Jessica also maintains long-standing relationships with a wide network of Lenders, supporting clients with personal, commercial, SBA, and investment financing needs. Her experience navigating and negotiating CMBS loans through multiple economic cycles has positioned her as a trusted leader in commercial lending and asset management.

In her current role as Designated Broker of Mutual Property Advisors, Jessica oversees all daily operations of the MPA office, guiding both the team and its agents with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach.  She serves as the primary point of contact for all Property Management and Brokerage inquiries. Her areas of expertise include due diligence, contract review, vendor relations, tenant retention and relations, conflict resolution, account management, property management accounting and financial reporting, lockbox accounting, association management, billing oversight, and more.

On a personal note, Jessica is married to Michael Vercellino—also a member of the MPA team—and together they have teenage boy/girl twins who participate in tackle football and competitive gymnastics. Both attend Liberty High School in Peoria, a top-ranked school for athletics. The family also includes five french bulldogs, despite Michael’s good‑natured protests!

Outside of work, Jessica is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, off-roading, boating at Lake Pleasant, and spending summers and winters in the mountains of Colorado & Utah. She also loves fishing in Cabo—yes, deep-sea fishing included.
