No matter how bad it is when we arrive, Site Maintenance can handle any pressure washing project you have. The equipment is the newest available Landa hot water pressure washers capable of producing 225 degree water to get the surface clean without any etching. With the machine set to 5 gallons per minute at 4000 psi, using Landa water jet scrubbers, and biodegradable cleaning materials it gets down deap to remove tough stains and deposits. We clean all types of surfaces including Brick, Block, Asphalt, Stone, Concrete...and More!

 We use sweepers that have a closed-loop regenerative air system that never exhaust polluted air into the environment, it maintains a continuous cycle of high powered suction. Other styles of sweeping simply move dirt around while leaving streaks, and pushing it into the cracks. Our water system involves an internal misting technique which in-turn reduces blowing dust to a minimum. Dual large heavy duty steel gutter brooms designed to dig debris and break up more difficult elements.  

Don't be left in the dark! Proper lighting Maintenance is essential to the apperance of any facility. Over time the light output of a luminaire decreases and the reduction effects the appearance of the space, the productivity, and safety of the occupants. Site Maintenance will come out and inspect the property at night so not to disturb any tenants. We note all outages and you can choose what repairs you want us to make.
