Michael got his start in Real Estate with a background in construction the honest way—working alongside his Grandfather while attending School in Cleveland, Ohio. 

Mike spent his time helping out at Citywide Electric and H & S Properties, learning the ropes of electrical work, property upkeep, and what it means to take pride in your work. Mike attended THE Ohio State University, and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business Administration, then soon packed up and headed west to Phoenix, Arizona.

Mike moved into commercial real estate, where he focused on lender‑owned REO properties and joined Mutual Property Advisors to work in property management and leasing. Seeing a need for reliable, boots‑on‑the‑ground service, Mike started Site Maintenance, LLC to work alongside Mutual Property Advisors. Site Maintenance specializes in keeping retail properties clean, safe, and running smooth—everything from day porting and pressure washing to lighting, sweeping, landscaping, and general handyman work. Today, Site Maintenance services over 1.5 million square feet of retail space across the Phoenix metro area, servicing many of MPA's properties and more.

Outside of work, Mike keeps things family‑first. He and his wife Jessica have boy‑girl twins, Zachary and Taylor. Having grown up on Lake Erie, Mike’s always had a love for the water and now spends time teaching his kids boating, boarding, and rafting at Lake Pleasant. When winter rolls around, the family heads to the mountains to ski and snowboard—Telluride being a favorite. Other than that, Mike enjoys traveling anywhere that isn’t desert, staying involved in his kids’ sports, and getting out on the water whenever he can.
